Kyperounda Winery Petritis Limassol 2019
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Yellow color with green hues.
- Nose: The bouquet is perceived aromas of fresh pineapple, which combine well with notes of vanilla and ripe pear.
- Mouth: On the palate this is a medium-bodied wine that is refreshing with a long, lingering finish.
APPELLATION: Limassol (Cyprus).
VINEYARD: Winery Kyperounda.
GRAPES: Xynesteri.
AGEING: The wine stays for 2 months in new oak.
PREPARATION: For its preparation, the grapes were subjected to maceration prior to fermentation in contact with the skin for 10 to 12 hours. Vinification took place in stainless steel tanks and the wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal to pair with fish and salads.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 ° C
