Viña Tabali Tabali Talinay Vineyard Chardonnay 2017 (Chardonnay)

  • Nose: purity and astonishing precision, only mineral character, a rich and creamy bouquet.
  • Mouth: a magnificent harmony of freshness, fullness and vitality that ends in a persistent and elegant finish.


VINEYARD: Vineyards located just 12 km from the Pacific Ocean, hidden in the small valley of Limarí. This location provides truly excellent conditions for viticulture.

GRAPES: Chardonnay.

AGEING: Aged for 11 months with daily batonnage to increase the volume, quality and character of the wine.

PREPARATION: grapes harvested by hand in the second week of April, subject to careful selection of clusters by the team of viticulture. Fermented in French oak barrels.

PAIRING: roast chicken, creamy fish, seafood and pasta with fish sauce.
