Viña Leyda Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2017 (Cabernet Sauvignon)

- Mouth: The palate has viva fruit, making this wine is fresh and juicy, with soft and friendly tannins. It is an expressive Cabernet where the typical characteristics of the variety stands out from the oak.
APPELLATION: Leyda Valley (San Antonio Valley - Chile).
VINEYARD: Viña Leyda.
GRAPES: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
AGEING: Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.
PREPARATION: After gentle crushing grapes and juice were cooled to 10 ° C and held for 3 days in anaerobic conditions prior to inoculation of selected yeast. Fermentation occurred at 28 to 29 ° C for 7 days with a regime "traced" 3-4 times per day. The wine was left on its lees and skins for an additional 5 days to get more structure.
WINE PAIRING: Excellent with tasty meat dishes such as chili and creamy cheeses.
