The Château Puech-Haut Tête de Bélier Blanc was good with a cheese rice. We drank it at a meeting with friends.
To me, this 2015 seemed more yellow than other vintages. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. It is the softest wine of Languedoc.

Château Puech-Haut Tête de Bélier Blanc Languedoc 2014
This wine doesn't need company, it's great solo. I first tried it with people from Château Puech Haut.
It has a bright yellow colour. In my opinion, the Château Puech-Haut Tête de Bélier Blanc Languedoc smelled like mango, banana and pear. Dense.
