Gaja Langhe Chardonnay Rossj Bass 2018 (Chardonnay)


  • View: Color straw yellow.
  • Nose: Aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. It contains a floral character of jasmine and daisies, followed by fresh notes of green almond, sage, thyme and green tea leaves.
  • Mouth: fresh and persistent taste with good structure, excellent acidity that refreshes, delicious with juicy notes of nectarine, pear, mango and pineapple. It has an end with mineral notes and balsamic chert, mint and fern.

APPELLATION: Langhe (Piedmont, Italy).


GRAPES: Chardonnay (95%) and Sauvignon Blanc (5%).

AGEING: Fermentation occurs in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks. It is left in barrels for 5 to 7 months.

WINE PAIRING: It is recommended to taste with fish, vegetables, appetizers, white meats, stews, pastas and sausages.


ALCOHOL: 13 - 14%

I especially liked the colour. In my opinion, the Gaja Langhe Chardonnay Rossj Bass smelled like mango, banana and pear. Sweet and tasty.
