- Nose: Intense melon, lime and passion fruit aromas.
- Mouth: fresh and lively, elegant, spicy, subtle aromas of grapefruit and herbal notes on the finish.
GRAPES: Sauvignon Blanc.
PREPARATION: only grapes harvested to reach optimal maturity to create a balanced wine with optimum sweetness and acidity. Wine exposed to a period of cold maceration for about 6 hours. Fermentation carried out at controlled temperature (14-16 C) in stainless steel tanks for 15-17 days.
PAIRING: various fish dishes, seafood or goat cheese.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
