Bodegas Juan Gil Pedrera Monastrell 2018

Fresh and forward, the palate is fruit focused with more ripe bramble and plum fruit; juicy with aromas of crunchy red berries and strawberry, a hint of spice and mocha - some weight and complexity with a supple finish.

Attractive and intense colour. Smells good, like a mix of raspberry und strawberry.I think it was correct.
It is so good that it is best taken alone.
I took the Pedrera Monastrell with my couple in a romantic plan.

Pedrera Monastrell de Bodegas Juan Gil 2015
It is my parents favorite wine.
Cherry red colour. Aromas of cherry, licorice. It felt like the typical astringency from Bodegas Juan Gil.
Good wine, but I would not have taken it with fish.
