Juan Gil Moscatel Seco 2018 (Moscatel)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Straw yellow, green and gold.
  • Nose: very fresh aromas of tropical fruit (peach and apricot) citrus and white flowers.
  • Mouth: flavourful, fresh, fruity, excellent acidity and citrus flavor with a long finish compesado.

APPELLATION: Jumilla.

VINEYARD: own winery planted about 700-850 meters above sea level, on sandy and calcareous soil with high insolation, favoring a perfect ripening vineyards.

GRAPES: Moscatel de Grano Menudo.

AGEING:

PREPARATION: vinification in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a maximum temperature of 15ºC. After this fermentation process came to a passage of refrigerated warehouses until the time of bottling.

PAIRING: White fish baked, grilled seafood, soft cheeses, rice fish, pasta with fish sauce, grilled white fish, white meat with sauce, cheese soft pasta and salads complex.

TEMPERATURE: 10 °C

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%

TASTING NOTES:
- View: Intense Yellow, Bright.
- Nose: Very floral, fruity and slightly citrus.
- Palate: Very fresh and dry while tasty with a very balanced acidity.

Aging: Grapes: Moscatel
Pairing: different Blanco. Muscat vinified dry, ideal for different salads with fruits, sushi, seafood and carpaccio.
