O Schloss Johannisberg Rheingau Riesling Spatlese Green Seal era melhor que o prato. Um vinho branco especial, para alguém igualmente especial.
Este 2020 pareceu-me que tinha um amarelo mais carregado que em outras colheitas. Predomina o limão e notas de maçã. Um vinho com textura oleosa.

J'ai eu l'impression que le Schloss Johannisberg Rheingau Riesling Spatlese Green Seal sentait la mangue, la banane et la poire. Le Johannisberg avait une odeur de fruit des bois.
En bref, un bon blanc.
