GRAPES: 60% Carignano, 10% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc 10%, 10% Merlot.
AGEING: in French oak barrels (used) for approx. 12 months.
PREPARATION: the must is fermented with the skins at a temperature of between 25 and 30 ° C. It is pumped periodically to facilitate solubilization of the compounds in grapes. Malolactic fermentation gives roundness to the wine, which is then aged.
WINE PAIRING: Serve with grilled red meats.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15-18 ° C
