Excelente amaro.
Se caracteriza por sus muchos matices de las hierbas que le confieren un sabor absolutamente delicioso y por no ser demasiado amargo.
Tiene un toque especial que creo es debido al hinojo salvaje, creo, que lo distingue bastante de otros amaros.Hay que tomarlo muy frío.

- Amaro del Capo consists of herbs, flowers, fruit and roots from the Calabrian region infused in the finest alcohol to aid digestion and give a feeling of wellbeing.
- Bitter orange, sweet orange, liquorice, mandarin, camomile and Juniper are just some of the 29 medicinal herbs which cab be found in this unique infusion.
- Its delicate and aromatic taste delivers a lighter less bitter finish.
- Calabrian tradition recommends it should be consumed frozen at -20 degrees centigrade to emphasize the characteristics of the herbs.
