It was a surprise for my best friend.
A wine with a high layer and a nice cherry colour. The smell of violets was so strong that it seemed curious to me. It was fleshy.
I'd like to try it with a carpaccio.

The wine mainly smells like roses. A Haut-Médoc with a very good acidity.
Is 100% recommendable.

The best of  for drinking in good company.
Red base colour with violet hints. It has currant scents. It reminded me of licorice.
The Chesnee Des Moines was far better than the food.
