Château Sociando-Mallet 2009
I had it with fish, but I didn't like the fish, and therefore the wine didn't taste right.
The first time I drank it with people from Château Sociando Mallet.
Brillant ruby red colour, high layer. Good smell of coffee and toffee. A little bit salty but it was very good.
- View: purple and opaque.
- Nose: fruity nose (blackcurrant, blackberry), spices, fine and fresh.
- Mouth: powerful, tannic, with good density and good persistence.
