TASTING NOTES OF Château Sénéjac 2011:
- View: deep, almost black.
- Nose: aromas of black fruits and spices.
- Mouth: much amplitude, intensity, soft, civilized thanks to its fine tannins.
VINES: Château Sénéjac
GRAPES: 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot 37%, 11% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot.
AGEING: 12 to 15 months in barrels (30% new).
PAIRING: Red and white meats, game and cheeses.
TEMPERATURE: 16-17 °C

Red colour followed by reddish brown. The red smells good, like red fruit compote. I didn't notice any aftertaste, but the taste was right.
A red for any occassion.
