Château Camensac 2007

The Haut Médoc is located upstream of the estuary of the Gironde. The important composition of the soil in serious incentive to grow Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines are concentrated with a tannic structure such that it takes a farm of at least 6 months. His nose is in his youth red and black fruit flavors to evolve towards spices and vanilla more or less depending on breeding. The Haut Médoc are great wines for aging. The 2007 vintage was a classic Bordeaux vintage, the elegance and finesse, but with a little less length on the palate than the two previous vintages. The reds are supple and fruity and the white are excellent, especially sweet.

TASTING NOTES:
Unprepossessing nose of blackberry, raspberry and a touch of tar; good definition, medium-bodied, tarry, fine tannins if rather coarse, good acidity, quite fresh and pleasing

Château Chasse Spleen Château de Camensac 2015
Red wine with violet reflections. Coffee aromas.I like the slight roughness it leaves you on the mouth.
I had the pleasure of taking it at a barbecue.
My partner loves this Haut-Médoc.

It had a very deep colour. Fantastic berry aromas. Although I prefer less sweet wines, this one it was good.
A red for any occassion.
At a friend's wedding.
