TASTING NOTES Château Cambon la Pelouse 2016 :
- View: intense ruby violet.
- Nose: aromas of red fruit, licorice, vanilla and caramel.
- Mouth: ripe fruit, well balanced, great harmonious structure, silky tannins and good length.
APPELLATION: Medoc.
VINEYARD: Château Cambon La Pelouse
GRAPES: 50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and 15% and Petit Verdot.
AGEING: 12 months in oak barrels (50% new oak).
PAIRING: game meat, red meats and cheeses.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
