TASTING NOTES Château Cambon la Pelouse 2011:
- View: intense ruby violet.
- Nose: aromas of red fruit, licorice, vanilla and caramel.
- Mouth: ripe fruit, well balanced, great harmonious structure, silky tannins and good length.
APPELLATION: Medoc.
WINERY: Château Cambon La Pelouse
GRAPES: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
AGEING: 12 months in oak barrels (50% new oak).
PAIRING: game meat, red meats and cheeses.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
Cor-de-cereja muito bem conseguida. Cheira a frutos secos tostados. Bom sabor e travo prolongado.
