TASTING NOTES:
- View: Nice color with pink reflections ripe Granada.
- Nose: Full of juicy red fruit flavors such as strawberry and citrus.
- Mouth: The flavors blend perfectly with the palate and their average body fat with moderate acidity and cherry notes, leaving a medium flavor.

VINEYARD: Olympia Land Estate.
GRAPES: Assyrtiko 85%, 15% Aidani.
AGEING: Maturation takes place in old French oak barrels for at the least 90 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes are left to dry in the sun traditionally for 9 to 14 days under the sun of Santorini. Fermentation continues in tanks and lasts several days. It stops spontaneously leaving a significant amount of residual sugars.
