“Cutizzi by Feudi di San Gregorio is wine made from Greco di Tufo, a native grape from Campania which is believed to have Greek origin. The vineyards are located on chalky soils in Santa Paolina in the Avellino area. The grapes are harvested around the second half of September and taken to the cellar for pressing, the musts ferment in stainless steel at a temperature of about 16 º C for 15 days. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees for 4-5 months during which batonatges are repeatedly performed. Cutizzi rest in the cellar for two months before releasing after bottling.”
