TASTING NOTES:

- Nose: fruity and delicate aroma with notes, is fresh and has a great structure.
- Boca: broad and smooth taste, has excellent sugar content, acidity and the fixed end is acid, resfrescante and durable for a long time.
APPELLATION: Umbria (Italy).
VINEYARD: Cantina Peppucci.
GRAPES: Grechetto di Todi.
AGEING: Matures in stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: The grapes are carefully selected and pressed gently in the absence of oxygen, then the wort is vinifica and fermented at a controlled temperature.
WINE PAIRING: Perfect to accompany shellfish, fish dishes with snacks.

produced using only Grechetto of Todi selected carefully and gently pressed in the absence of oxygen, wherein the wort is fermented, after racking-off, at a controlled temperature. The subsequent aging in steel barrels enhances its organoleptic properties, making it a wine with a straw yellow color with greenish hues, fruity bouquet. The taste is wide and soft with a final refreshing acidity. It 'a wine characterized by a good structure but also by the freshness, that does not mind an average aging to express more fully.
