AGEING: The aging of this wine is achieved thanks to a year of low yield, which produces a length concentrated taste in wines. A dry, hot summer with January / February fresher led to a long period of maturation and an excellent maturity of the grapes.
PREPARATION: high here sites benefit from a night cooling, especially in autumn, when the grapes are ripening, as the cold air falls down the mountains and flows through the valley.
