The finish is medium long and leaves the palate with tropical fruit flavours. This is a fully developed wine, that should be opened and consumed in the next 2 years.

AGEING: This wine has not gone through barrel ageing.
PREPARATION: The grapes are hand-picked picked. They are fermented in stainless steel vats where the temperature is controlled throughout the whole process. After filtration and stabilization, the wine is bottled.
PAIRING: This is a very easy wine to drink and to pair with different dishes. Its light body and fresh acidity pair greatly with shellfish, both goat or feta cheese with tomatoes, and light snacks.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-8°C

2017 tastes very good with a pasta salad.
