AGEING: 18 months in stainless steel barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: The harvest of the grapes is done manually. After gentle pressing, the must is macerated in contact with the skins for a period of 4 weeks. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperatures of 28 ° C, for a period of 20 days. The wine is matured in stainless steel casks for a period of 18 months. After bottling, the wine is allowed to stand for 12 months before being marketed.
