You will like to know that…
Chase Distillery was born in 2008 with the production of its first batch of Chase's potato-based vodka. From there, it was only natural that the company would branch out over time. It now offers various flavours of vodkas and gins, all made with exceptional care and using products grown on the Chase Farm in Herefordshire, UK.
To make Chase Williams Elegant 48 Gin, organic cider apples are harvested from the Chase Farm. These are then carefully fermented and distilled into a high-quality apple vodka. The effort that goes into making their own neutral base spirit, instead of buying it as many other gin producers do, shows how much Chase Williams truly cares about the quality of their final product.
After the apple-based vodka is complete, it is distilled once again after the addition of 11 choice botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica root, angelica seed, liquorice, orris, orange, lemon, hops, elderflower, and fresh Bramley apple. Water from their own spring and botanicals from their own meadow make a beautiful, farm-forward gin. This elegant, fruity gin is perfect to enjoy in a gin and tonic, with a slice of apple as a garnish to accentuate the beautiful apple notes inherent in this gin. It is also perfect in a gin martini or any other gin-based cocktail you may have in mind.

William Chase was a little potato farmer, selling his vegetables to local supermarkets. It was a secure work, but with no feedback from the end customer. Boredom and frustration gave Chase the idea to sell a product made out of potatoes. So in 2002 he spent his time travelling to find the best equipment and recipe for potato chips. The year of 2004 led him to the United States, where he stumbled upon a small distillery, making vodka out of potatos and Chase was fascinated and inspired to do so, too.More about the Producer
