PRODUCER: Whitley Neill Distilleries Limited. From 1762 he began his family history as distillers, which has passed from generation to generation, being awarded for their quality and originality. Johnny Neill runs the company today, past eight generations, is a direct descendant of Thomas Greenall. DETAILS OF MAKING: Whitley Neill Parma Violet Gin is an artisan gin, handmade, spirit grain mixed with carefully selected botanicals, prior distillation process, which is carried out in copper pot over 100 years old, which they have called "Constance". Nine finely selected botanicals are: violet extract, juniper, angelica root, licorice, coriander, cassia bark, orris root, lemon and sweet orange.
