TASTING NOTES OF The English Drinks Company Cucumber Gin:
- View: dark mahogany.
- Flavour: Intense, spicy, nutmeg and cinnamon nut. Fruity notes reaching its peak with 12 years of barrel to reach the fruit in brandy nogalina bottom. Parallel spicy notes have pointed towards nutmeg cinnamon softens while to blend into the second nose of cocoa and snuff blond.
- Taste: Dominance of woody flavor. The aromas are quite present with sustained trees but also cast not to crush the aromas and keep them in a good long finish while providing matter.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: Drawing inspiration from the ancient processing techniques and large fine cognac alcohols, the founder of the House, Jacques Bally, had since 1917, the brilliant idea and intuition to leave their rums aged in barrels. This prolonged aging under wood gives a beautiful dark mahogany color this rum. This edition comes out again in the mythical bottle created by Jacques Bally Pyramide in the 30's.
