The Producer
Bruichladdich Distillery

Bruichladdich is situated on the Western Isles – Oirthir Gaidheal, the Coast of the Gaels, the land of the outsider. The raw ingredients are paramount. 100% Scottish barley is used as they believe it's called "Scotch" for a reason. It is the mayor distiller of organic barley in Scotland and they have been instrumental in support for organic farming in the single malt category. The water comes from farmer and friend James Brown’s Octomore farm up on the hill behind the Port Charlotte warehouse as they believe in community.
