Tarquins Blackberry British Gin
TASTING NOTES OF Tarquins Blackberry British Gin:
- View: strong purple.
- Nose: plum jam, black cherries, elderberries, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and delicate toasted notes.
- Mouth: dense, body, concentrated, wealthy almost delicious and fruit substance, silky tannins, round acidity and full body.
APPELLATION: Côtes du Rhône Villages.
GRAPES: Grenache and Syrah.
PAIRING: grilled fish, spicy, beef bourguignon, coq au vin, semi-hard cheese or soft ripe cheese, lamb with herb crust, gratin gigot or ratatouille.
TEMPERATURE: 15-17 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
