  • Flavour: The smell test is strong and pervasive now, thanks to the arrival of juniper and ginger. all very harmonious.
  • Taste: The taste of this gin is characterized by persistent vanilla pods which are the thread. cardamom aromas crawl, giving an almost spicy note, along with cinnamon and angelica root, typical of the tradition of such distillates. Ginger reaches the end and still long to conclude experience decided palate with notes printed in memory. Beautify night almost earthy, and very enjoyable.

PREPARATION: The Sir Edmond Vanilla Gin is an award-winning product, thanks to the wise recipe that has its roots in 1777 and over time has been a succession of over 7 generations. 12 years of waiting makes this product very intense and rich. The drying process vanilla, main ingredient, has a duration of 4 to 6 months, to allow time for the organoleptic properties of deposit and form the structure of which will be bottled gin.

Delicious on ice or neat. Paired with Fever Tree Indian Tonic, strawberry and mint. While I still love plenty of other gins, this is my new favorite.
