Until 2015, Plymouth Gin was a protected geographical indication referring to any gin distilled in Plymouth, England. Today, it is a brand belonging to the French company Pernod Ricard, which also distributes it. It is produced in the Black Friars Distillery, the only remaining gin distillery in Plymouth.
