- Pink Pepper Gin has been designed to be an entirely unique, intense and aromatic gin - one which will age and evolve both in the bottle and in the glass.
- When the bottle is young, or when diluted or chilled - fresher, spicy notes of pink pepper, juniper and cardamom are prominent.
- Over time, however, the liquid evolves and warms up - allowing notes of patisserie; vanilla, tonka and honey to come to the forefront.
- On the palate the gin is full-bodied and intensely aromatic, thus it is perfect for sipping or in cocktails

Audemus Spirits Pink Pepper Gin is is an entirely unique, intense and aromatic gin, distilled in small batches in the Cognac region of France. Highly unconventional, Pink Pepper has the capacity to age in both the bottle and the glass. A young bottle or diluted/chilled serve releases particularly pungent pink peppercorns on the nose, with fresh spicy notes and a prominence of juniper and cardamom. Over time however, the liquid evolves and as it warms, notes of patisserie - vanilla, tonka and honey - come to the forefront. Perfect for any discerning gin drinker, Pink Pepper works well served neat over ice, in a G&T or adds spice to gin cocktails.
