TASTING NOTES:

  • Color: Shown in glass of clear, bright color.
  • Odor: medium intensity aromas are very delicate to fresh citrus (lemon), juniper, flower petals and cucumber. Water opens so sublime.
  • Taste: The palate is medium-dense body, its entry is soft, creamy and sweetish, but gives space to spicy. intense floral notes (violet, lavender), spicy, especially pink pepper and cinnamon, and finally citrus notes are perceived. The finish is long, ends with an excellent balance between semi-sweet cake reminiscent of citrus fruit dry spices and cucumber.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: In the process natural ingredients are used, unmalted barley and fruit of juniper. In the first phase of the process the maceration is done in copper stills barley and fruit of juniper. Then a triple distillation of alcohols is carried out with botanical aromas contributing to our gin.
