Description of Kokoro Gin
- Color: Cristalino.
- Flavour: notes of pepper, earthy notes of citrus and notes of licorice and almond mixture perfectly together.
- Palate: The palate shows sweet pepper juniper, but, leading to subtle notes of spice and citrus notes.
PRODUCER: Gin Kokoro's story begins in the 60s, when Uncle James Nicol (co-founder of the distillery Kokoro), who lives in the Japanese mountains unveiled the grandson of Sancho berries. These berries are picked fresh every year to produce gin, which also contains eight other botanicals. Kokoro Gin was developed by Charles Maxwell and Kokoro name means "heart", "center", "essence" in Japanese. The distillery is devoting 10% of the proceeds from each sale to C. W. Nicol Afan Woodland Trust to support conservation and preservation of the ancient forests of Japan.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: A Dry Gin distilled Japanese inspired London with eight botanicals and fresh berries Sansho. Sansho the berries are widely used in Japanese cuisine and have a strong spicy black pepper flavor with a hint of citrus pine.
