PRODUCTION DETAILS: Combine 10 Jindea botanicals, including a Darjeeling tea on one level. Aromatic and rich in citrus flavors and spices, this works especially well in a martini garnished with grapefruit. Made from a single plant, First Flush Darjeeling Tea, the spring crop that produces black tea and delicate floral Himalayas, known for tea lovers as the "Champagne of Tea '. A citrus gin and spices, peaches and apricots. Distillation of the single pot creates a bolder Geneva to London Dry style that works fantastically in highball drinks like G & T or Collins, and even more in a classic Martini with a hint of grapefruit.
