PRODUCTION DETAILS: Crafted from the most perfect elderflowers collected by hand at full bloom and blended with the original recipe of Edinburgh gin. The flowers are then left to macerate for a full month in order to concentrate all the flavours and aromas into the spirit. The list of botanicals used in the distillation process include elderflower, orange peel, mulberries, pine buds, lavender, and lemongrass. The house uses a modern innovative distillation approach designed to obtain truly pure spirits with the maximum flavours and aromas, combining decades of experience with scientific and academic inputs and methodologies. Smooth and fresh, this gin captures the true essence of summer. Perfect for a sip, served chilled with ice. But also pairs well with tonic water or Prosecco to create a sweet refreshment in a warm summer afternoon.
