PRODUCTION DETAILS: Initially it is elaborated like Vodka, more exactly with the Neutral Grain Spirit. The distillation happens with deionized water and in a pot with the ingredients of the gin. It is heated at a controlled temperature, cooled and then distilled again. It is a delicious mixture of the best Damsons from Herefordshire, Northamptonshire and Kent, dry gin from London and British sugar. The basic botanical ingredients are mixed, such as juniper seeds, coriander seeds, lemon peel and lime blossom. Angelica and Orris root are then used to act as fixatives and bring the drink into the right harmony between the different flavours. The use of the lime blossom gives the gin a fairly clean and refreshing taste. The closure is a synthetic cap. It is suggested to serve it with very cold champagne to make a mixture known as "Damn Shame".
