Production details: The gin has an old homegrown origin. The versatility of this distillate, however, makes it suitable to be adapted according to places, cultures and nations. This is the case of Etsu , gin produced in Japan, which means "pleasure". Like any classic gin is made from an infusion of juniper berries, then different botanical characterizing flavor were added. Etsu it is no exception, except for one thing: the recipe is secret. The combination of botanical gives, however, a distinctive flavor reminiscent of the land of the rising sun. Another feature of this gin is definitely the presentation. The bottle calls unequivocally the production plant. A geisha, a lotus flower and Shinto temple, the images are certainly evocative. Produced in Hokkaido according to an ancient tradition, you can taste Etsu pure gin, to savor every nuance of flavor, or in combination with tonic water or other liquor, to create delicious cocktails. Fantasy and desire to experiment, this suggests Etsu gin.
