TASTING NOTES:
- Color: The Empress 1908 Gin has a purple hue imposing.
- Smell: Notes butterfly pea flowers and mix Fairmont Empress Tea House, followed by strong citrus notes of grapefruit peel, along with delicate floral notes of rose petals and spices hot ginger and cinnamon.
- Palate: The palate has a touch of pink the past. Juniper notes and mature grapefruit resinous keep on top of all tastes.
PRODUCER: Victoria Distillers. Since 2008, the distillery produces some of the finest spirits handmade British Columbia in its Alambik copper. In 2016 moved to its location the port of Sydney, BC. There are two copper burners continue to produce award-winning spirits. Formerly known as the distillery "Victoria spirits", but was renamed to its new location in "Victoria" Distillers. His new focus is now exclusively on the production of the best minds in the region. They also want to give the possibility for local people and visitors to experience these guidelines to create handicrafts.

PRODUCTION: Empress 1908 Gin gets its distinctive flavor through a unique combination of eight natural plant products that can be classified ventured from traditional to light: juniper berries, grapefruit peel, coriander seeds, petals, cinnamon , ginger root, flower and butterfly pea tea Fairmont Empress rose. These ingredients are then mixed with blight non transgenic maize. Flower butterfly pea gives gin while its deep color.

- The name takes itself from their teaming up with the famous Empress Hotel in Victoria, famous for their afternoon teas, and from where master-distiller Peter Hunt took his inspiration, making hundreds of small distillations before deciding on the other botanicals, which include juniper, grapefruit peel, ginger, cinnamon, rose and butterflower pea flower.
