TASTING NOTES:

Color: Translucent and bright.
Aroma: Aroma of juniper with soft minerality, gently balanced, with notes of aromatic spices coriander and cardamom.
Taste: sweet with a slight minerality, notes of juniper, fresh herbs and sweet spices. Its finish is mineral and pleasing to the palate.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: This gin originally produced as a limited edition product is made with botanicals like coclearia, ground ivy and vejigozo sargazo to produce a liquor with a distintitva minerality. Herbs are complemented with aromatic spices coriander and cardamom. It is perfect to be enjoyed in the summer because it is a refreshing drink can be eaten alone, with ice or with other drinks like cocktails.
