For now, one member of the company's portfolio of world-class gins is its Rhubarb & Ginger Gin. The name alone is enough to awaken your taste buds. This gin is made using the company's Edinburgh Gin Classic, which already is made using 14 botanicals such as juniper, lavender, pine buds, mulberries, cobnuts, orange peel, lemongrass, and lime peel. Once finished, that classic gin is infused with the flavours of delicious rhubarb and ginger to result in a juniper-forward gin with an excitingly complementary rhubarb and ginger taste in the background.
If rhubarb is the fruit of the summer, this rhubarb gin should be the spirit of the summer! This flavourful variation on the classic gin tonic is sure to be refreshing. PRODUCTION DETAILS: The Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger 50cl gin is made of a mixture of ginger and marinated oriental heated, and rhubarb freshly harvested pure spring. The mixture is infused in small amounts in the gin distillery classical Edinburgh. The assembly is subsequently mixed with lemon zest and spices infused. The assembly is subjected to a process of maceration for almost a month. This is what gives a complex flavor. The development of this spirit of flavored water is carried out in two distilleries in the city of Edinburgh. It is located in the port of Leith, while the other is in an old biscuit factory in the heart of the West End. The Edinburgh Gin Distillery are some of the main attractions of the Scottish capital. Currently, the spirits is a component of many cocktails. And thanks to its quality, which won the medal teacher in "The Travel Retail Masters Spirits Competition" and the gold medal in "The Gin Masters" competition in 2019.
