Description of Bayswater Gin
- Color: Very clear.
- Smell: Predominantly balance of juniper and spices and citrus smell.
- Taste: The palate is very soft, and the notes include citrus flavours coated with coriander and juniper.
INGREDIENTS: Juniper, orange peel and lemon, coriander, licorice, cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg, angelica and orris root.
WINEMAKING: Obtained by fivefold distillation.
ALCOHOL: 43% Vol
The name gin comes from the Bayswater district of London known, which is represented on the inside of the label with an engraving of the period, showing the construction of the subway station.
