Gin premium London Dry Gin result of 5 distillations. Geneva named a London suburb.
Juniper, lemon, grapefruit and lime, spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon of type, is what I find in the nose. The mouth is soft, despite the alcohol content, which reminds me of the coriander and juniper.
To my tonic with this Geneva: the glass ball serve with ice to stop (to fill the glass), with the help of the shaker spoon stir the ice crystals to cool the glass and remove the water that has been released.
Lime peel, having previously made a small twist, and a cinnamon stick placed longitudinally. Time to take Bayswater gin (short story 1001, 1002 and 1003). And finally, aided by a spiral spoon, add the tonic, which this time choose the Fever Tree tonic. With a carbon to enhance citrus, perfect to join this gin.
