Reviews of E. Guigal Gigondas 2016
We had it with a bean stew and it was a fantastic combination (although I hadn't thought it at the beginning).
I drank with my best friend.
An intense red colour. The main aromas were coffee and wood. Flavours are well balanced.
I decided not to pair it with any dish.
Opaque red. Fantastic smell of roses. I noticed a kind of salty aftertaste in the finish.
We paired it with a wide range of tapas.
