- Deep and intense on the nose. This wine is the result of the perfect marriage between grace and liveliness, strength and finesse. Length of exceptional quality on the finish.
- Several years of ageing is essential for the full expression of its unique generosity.
- Food-wine matches: Game, Venison and Full-flavoured cheeses.
- Best served: 17-18 degrees C.
- Vinification : Fermentation in small temperature-controlled vats. Maturing in oak barrels from France.

Bouchard Père et Fils, my favourite wines.
Red ruby colour with reddish brown tinges. This Bouchard Père et Fils offers predominating notes of berries and red fruits . Quite light, but was ok for my taste.
Better pair it with vegetables.

Bouchard Père et Fils Bouchard Père & Fils Gevrey Chambertin Pinot Noir 2015

The wines of Gevrey-Chambertin, only red, are very sought after for their great strength and velvetness. Intense, perfumed bouquet with fruit aromas. Nice structure and lovely fleshiness. Good ageing potential.

Bouchard Père et Fils Côte de Nuits Gevrey Chambertin 2014
I like sharing this red Cote De Nuits with someone special.
It revealed a very light colour. I would highlight the aromas of tobacco. This red is lasting, it has a long aftertaste.
Bouchard Père et Fils Côte de Nuits Gevrey Chambertin pairs very well with a spicy fish .

A wine to drink with your family.
Intense colour at sight. Aromas of berries. Reminded me of burned wood and it was a pleasant taste.
We paired the Bouchard Père et Fils Gevrey-Chambertin with a starter.
