Il Gavi di Villa Sparina nasce in vigneti situati nel comune di Cortese, sulle pendici di Monterotondo.È prodotto esclusivamente con uve Cortese, raccolte tra la fine di settembre e l'inizio di ottobre. La fermentazione avviene in vasche di acciaio inox alla temperatura controllata di 18°C per 3 settimane.Questo Gavi è caratterizzato da un colore giallo paglierino. Al naso si apre con eleganti sentori floreali, arricchiti da piacevoli note fruttate. Al palato risulta ricco, pieno, mobido e piacevolmente avvolgente.Perfetto per accompagnare piatti a base di pesce, è ideale in abbinamento a carni bianche e verdura.

The wine has a straw-yellow color. The nose fell a fragrance of flowers and fruit with hints of peach. In mouth feel a full and rich taste, soft and harmonical with tones of noble aromas, resulted from the complete ripening of the grapes, which intensify the character.

It is my parents favorite wine.
The colour of this 2019 seems darker than other vintages. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. Mild but with a long aftertaste.
Good wine, even when taken alone.
