The Gavi di Villa Sparina born in vineyards located in the municipality of Cortese, on the slopes of Monterotondo. It is produced exclusively from Cortese grapes, harvested between late September and early October. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18ºC for 3 weeks. This Gavi is characterized by a pale yellow color. The nose opens with elegant floral notes, enriched by pleasant fruity notes. The palate is rich, full, Mobido and pleasantly enveloping. Perfect for accompanying dishes of fish, it is ideal in combination with white meats and vegetables.
