La Giustiniana Gavi di Gavi Montessora 2017

- Light straw in colour with a fresh, generous perfume with notes of flint and flowers. On the palate it is intense and concentrated with a lovely pure fruit character. Flavours of peach and lime follow through to a long, minerally finish.

It is a beautiful golden yellow colour. It brought back neat memories of daffodil. For being a Barbaresco tastes sweet.
It's okay to pair it with provolone cheese.
We drank a pair of bottles of La Giustiniana Gavi Di Gavi Montessora 2015 with my friend.

I was lucky enough to try it with a client.
Fantastic colour. The nose perceives aromas of honey and pollen. The taste is quite dry .
We paired it with a wide range of tapas.
