Jermann Vintage Tunina 2016

The Tunina Jermann Vintage is a full-bodied white wine and strong base of indigenous white grape varieties, aged in wood and steel. Bright straw color with golden highlights. The nose is intense, full of great elegance and persistence, with hints of honey and wildflowers. On the palate dry, soft, very balanced, with great persistence, due to the particularly full body. FOOD-WINE It goes well with pasta with truffles, with a wide variety of seafood dishes, especially baked and sauced, but it gets to be able to marry white meat. Beautiful on a fresh salmon bearing parmesan and artichoke filling.

The color is bright straw with golden highlights. The aroma is intense, ample, very elegant and persistent, with hints of honey and wildflowers. It tastes dry, smooth, very balanced, with great persistence, due to the body particularly full.

Vintage Tunina 2014
Brilliant straw yellow colour with green hues. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. This 2014 is quite like the previous vintage.
I would have accompanied it with a fatty fish.
I liked sharing this wine with someone special.
