- Nose: intense fragrance, elegance and persistence, hints of honey and wildflowers.
- Mouth: soft palate, very harmonious, very long and full. A light freshness and good acidity.
APPELLATION: Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
GRAPES: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, Istrian Malvasia, Picolit.
PAIRING: fish dishes, truffles.
