Jermann Sauvignon 2015

The wine has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with light greenish highlights, at the nose aroma is intense, persistent, and fruity with a pleasant hint of elderflower. In the mouth the taste is full and dry, elegant and balanced.

This Sauvignon Blanc is very pleasing to the eye. Daffodil Smells. It wasn't too sweet, it liked me.
We had it with snacks.
I had it at some good friends house.

Jermann Sauvignon 2015

I bought it at a wine tasting stand.
I don't know if there are problems with the 2015 vintage, but I thought the colour was a straw-yellow. As soon as I smelled it, I noticed the white flowers scent. It was light but tasted like blackberries.

TASTING NOTES:
- View: Jermann Sauvignon 2014 has a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
- Nose: Intense, persistent and fruity with a nice hint of elderflower.
- Mouth: The taste is full, dry, elegant and balanced.

PAIRING: Combines with seafood in general, seafood risotto and white fish in sauce. It is exceptionally good with lobster and crayfish in simple recipes.

I would have accompanied it with a fatty fish. I drank with work colleagues.
Red ruby colour with reddish brown tinges. It smelled of oak. It was a rich wine.
