TASTING NOTES OF Jermann Chardonnay 2016:
- View: medium yellow, green reflections.
- Nose: banana, ripe apple, nutmeg and herbs.
- Mouth: Creamy, tasty with a lingering finish.
APPELLATION: Venezia Giulia.
GRAPES: Chardonnay.
WINE PAIRING: appetizers, pastas, poultry and fish.
TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C

The Winery
Jermann

It was the 18th century when Stefanus migrated from the Austrian Burgenland to the village of Bilijana (now Slovenia). Later in 1881 Anton Jermann, great-grandfather of Silvio, in turn moves from Bilijana to Villanova.
